JUDr. Pavel Tuma
In 1992, he founded a law firm that over time gradually grew and came to operate under the name of TUMA • MIHALIK • SOUKUP. He focuses mainly on civil, commercial, administrative, family and labour law, corporation affairs and real estate. He speaks Czech, Russian and some German.
He is the first vice-president of the Czech Lawyers Union, the secretary of the Czech Lawyers Union board and president of the board of directors of the Právnický dům foundation. He has been awarded a prestigious legal award, the Antonín Randa Medal, and a commemorative medal of the Prague association of the Czech Lawyers Union.

In her work, she focuses primarily on real estate law and construction law, as well as on corporation law, including mergers and transformations, and contractual law. She also specialises in hereditary law, dispute resolution and contractual obligations. She speaks Czech, and is fluent in English and Spanish, she speaks some French. Mgr. Lucie Helebrantová
She specialises in dispute resolution, civil law, commercial law with a special focus on corporations and exchange law, as well as on intellectual property law, in particular in the area of trademarks, patents, industrial models and other rights to intangible assets. JUDr. Martina Mrázková
In 2022 she finished the Faculty of Law of Charles University. She joined our office in 2017, in 2022 as junior lawyer. Martina completed professional practice in the civil and criminal section of the Regional Court in Hradec Králové and a three-month internship at the District Public Prosecutor's Office for Prague 5. She is interested in litigation and criminal and labor law.She speaks Czech, English and some German.
Filip Tobolka
He is a law student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University since 2019, and he cooperates with TMS Legal advokátní kancelář s.r.o. since September 2021. Filip is mainly interested in labor and criminal law, he speaks Czech, English and some German.
